Service & Repair Warranty

Larson Air stands behind it's service, period! When you choose us, peace of mind is part of the transaction. We're very confident in the products and services we offer. With Larson Air, our service is guaranteed through our EXTENDED 12 MONTH WARRANTY. We call it extended because most of our competitors only offer 30 to 90 day warranties, they must not be confident in their work, right. With Larson Air you'll be covered, that's guaranteed!


Extended 12 Month Warranty - At Larson Air, we are confident in the quality of our repairs and committed to the satisfaction of our clients. We certify the repairs we have made to be free of defects in workmanship and warranted for a period of twelve months following the date of repair. If a defect in workmanship is discovered, we will re-repair or replace the part at no cost to you. We are able to take this unusual stance because of the old fashioned craftsmanship, workmanship, and pride we put into every job we perform. This warranty excludes problems arising from pre-existing or unrelated conditions to the work we performed.


Maintenance Guarantee

No Breakdown Guarantee - When you enroll in our Service Agreement program, we'll return your comfort system back to its "factory fresh" condition, and guarantee your system with our Exclusive No Breakdown Guarantee. This means if your system fails following our service we'll fix it for free. No other local heating and air conditioning company offers a comparable Service Agreement program, or guarantee.


Replacement System Guarantees

Money Back Guarantee - At Larson Air, we are confident in the quality of our installations and committed to the satisfaction of our clients. For a period of twelve months following the date of our installation, if you are unhappy for any reason with the work we have performed and/or the equipment we have provided and if we cannot otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will remove the equipment we have provided and furnish you with a complete refund. We are able to take this unusual stance because of the old fashioned craftsmanship, workmanship, and pride we put into every job we perform.

Low Price Guarantee - We believe that no one offers the same thorough, comprehensive design, field assembly, installation, and warranty at the same price point as Larson Air. If another company provides you with an estimate that is less than Larson Air for identical products and services, show us the estimate and we will match it. If another company provides you with an estimate for different products and services, show us the estimate and we will match that price, providing equivalent products and services. We will not lose a client over price.

Our price match guarantee is good on all installed products. The price match applies to products installed by a licensed contractor with NATE Certified Technicians, and the estimate must be for the same quality, quantity, installation, and warranty. We will match the price when the products included in the estimate are the same brand and model number, and include the same additional equipment, accessories, and services, excluding used equipment, non-stocks, custom, discontinued, damaged, or close-out items. If a competitive estimate is for different brands, models, additional equipment, accessories, or services, we reserve the right to substitute equipment we believe to be equivalent.

We reserve the right to verify another company’s product availability and price before issuing a price match. We also reserve the right to limit price matching to companies that are licensed, authorized resellers for the brands in question. Our lowest price will be determined after all discounts and rebates have been applied. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any item subject to a price match.

We require a copy of the full quotation, along with an expiration date. Our price guarantee expires 14 days from the estimate date. This policy is subject to change without notice.

NO Lemon Guarantee - Our NO Lemon Guarantee is designed to protect you against major breakdowns on the major components of your new HVAC system, the heat exchanger and the compressor. If these parts fail, we will replace the entire furnace and/or air conditioning condenser absolutely free within the first year of ownership.

Property Protection Guarantee - We understand there’s more to a great installation than simply replacing your equipment. We’ll not only install your system to the highest standards, we promise to protect your home and property every step of the way. It’s our Property Protection Guarantee. You can be confident your home will remain clean, undamaged and most importantly, safe from theft.

Some ways we protect your possessions include:

  • Placing drop cloths and/or floor mats throughout the work area
  • Wearing carpet protectors when necessary
  • Sealing all excessively dirty/dusty components before transporting through the house
  • Removing old equipment from the site as quickly as possible, with your permission
  • Recycling or otherwise disposing of removed equipment in an environmentally responsible manner
  • Cleaning work area before re-installing equipment
  • Vacuuming any dirt that slips past our drop cloths
  • Performing background checks and drug tests on all employees
  • Maintain professional training standards for all employees

In the rare case where dirt or damage does occur, we will clean or repair the area to your satisfaction. That’s our guarantee to you.


Larson Air does NOT authorize or honor 3rd party warranty repairs or reimbursements. All warranty claims must be immediately directed to Larson Air by actual written notice of said defect within 3 days of failure. Larson Air's obligation for defective products and/or workmanship or any damage caused thereby and Buyer’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited, at Larson Air's option, to the replacement of any defective parts or workmanship or the refund amounts paid by Customer for said service and shall be conditioned upon Larson Air receiving actual written notice of said defect within 3 days of the failure.
